COVID-19 Policy: In effort to keep our clients, staff, and community safe we will only be seeing clients by "appointment only" and ask that everyone wears a mask while inside the studio. We will also ask you to perform hand hygiene prior to your session, and afterwards by washing your hands, or using hand sanitizer that will be supplied at the reception area. Please arrive to 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time, and call to let us know that you have arrived. We will let clients in upon arrival so we can control traffic coming in and out of the studio. The Massage Intake Form and COVID-19 Waiver must be completed before your appointment. If you are having any cold or flu-like symptoms, or have recently been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID in the past 14 days, please call us to reschedule as soon as possible.
Child Policy: We are a kid-friendly place! Children are welcome, and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Minors (under the age of 18) who are receiving treatments must also have a parent or legal guardian in the treatment room for the entire duration of the session.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the service price booked. Appointment no-shows, and appointments cancelled in less than 12 hours will incur a 100% charge of the service price. If you need to reschedule, we ask that you please call at least 24 hours in advance to move your appointment and avoid a service charge.
Refund Policy: Wholistic Therapeutics has a no refund policy on completed services. We will offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of service completion pending approval of each individual therapist. Gift certificates and packages are not redeemable for cash, and are also non-refundable.
