Basic Strength Training 101
45 Minutes | $85
This is a 45 minute session for clients with little to no experience strength training, and are looking to learn the basic principles of compound movements, correct form, breathing, or are returning from surgery/injury. This is NOT personal training, but rather an educational session to teach you how to correctly strength train on your own. If needed, session can be customized to the client's strength deficits and injury concerns.
Currently, this session is being taught by our therapist who has extensive experience in the realm of physical therapy and fitness. It should be noted that tissue work will not be completed in this session.
